COURT ARTIST CRITICISED FOR ”IMPARTIALITY”

Court artist for Manchester Crown Court, Mrs Angela Miles, has been lambasted for her recent sketch of defendant Lewis Byron.

Judge Harrow criticised Mrs Miles’ “ridiculous impartiality” in her portrayal of Mr Byron.

Mrs Miles had sketched Mr Byron seated upon a throne of skulls while devils danced upon his head.

The defendant was also depicted wrapped in chains, spitting on the book of law, and branded with the words “guilty as sin” on his forehead.

Mr Byron, who is on trial for three unpaid parking tickets, was unavailable for comment.
